How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate $20.
How long does it take to ship the artwork to me?
You should expect to receive your items within 7-10 business days in North America. The production time for a canvas or wall mural averages 2-4 business days, plus 3-5 business days for shipping.
Which shipping provider do you use?
For orders in the USA we ship via UPS Expedited Service.
For orders in Canada, we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you live close to our main facility in Mississauga you should see local pickup as one of the shipping options. Please contact us if you want local pickup but don’t see this option as part of the checkout process.
If my order is damaged during shipping, what can I do?
Please contact us at customerservice@picturesensations.com within 3 days and we will prepare and ship another one for you right away.
How can I view the status of my order?
Go to your Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us at customerservice@picturesensations.com within the return period. We can arrange for a replacement right away or refund if you can’t find another item to your liking.
